A simple puff stitch granny cushion. Perfect for beginners.

Hello one and all! It has been a little while since I posted on the blog, but I have been working towards content for the blog. Mostly I have been very busy with what is supposed to be a part time jobby job, but we shall not get into any of that adulting business. Let us instead talk about the crafting job, which is more of a calling to me.

A couple of months ago, Rosina, zeensandroger, hosted the granny – along, which I of course, had to participate in. For this a -long I submitted a crochet cushion of my own design. Yes, you read correctly, I designed it! My very first completed design, before I dove right into garments, but that is a whole other blog post. I showed the finished cushion in Episode 40 of my podcast (crochetcakes podcast on youtube) and some of you expressed an interest in making it.

So, in honor of all the lovely people who supported my first endeavor into crochet design, I present, THE PUFF STITCH CUSHION COVER RECIPE!. I say recipe because the instructions for the puff stitch granny are more like guidelines and can be adjusted depending on your preference.
